Senior Product Designer, Metrobank – Head Office | Manila, PH | 2018 – 2024

Lead designer owning end-to-end design and translating product direction, for key digitization projects of the bank. This includes helping develop the long-term and short-term scope, interaction design, high-fidelity interface design and adapting output into a scalable design library.
Projects include: Online branch queuing, and branch-level CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for Deposits (Cash and Cheque), Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and account-creation.
Created product development framework and design process that would enable client to scale future product design iterations.
Leads end-to-end design production: Rapid concept prototyping, concept and design discovery research, service design (user flows, sitemap, feature documentation) and production-level user interface (UI).

Taught User Experience (UX) Design under the Quantitative Methods and Information Technology (QMIT) Department.

Co-founder, Design Lead, Priority Studios| Manila, PH | 2015 – 2018

Introduced and implemented User Experience design within a range of organizations — from fintech startups, creative agencies, and even a traditional bank, for its innovation projects.
Proposed the design framework and product design process that enables one of the Philippines' Big 3 banks to scale future innovation and R&D projects similar to that.

Web and Mobile User Interface and Experience Designer (UI/UX), ABS-CBN Corporation| Manila, PH | 2011 – 2015

Designed first universal (reusable) navigation and modular (or component-based) interface templates for ABS-CBN's TV shows and news publishers, working closely with a multi-discipline team of product strategists, UX researchers, software developers and the publisher team.
Selected to be in the company’s agile methodology pilot team.
Designed and launched the company's first user-generated content (UGC) platform, allowing community uploading (creating a local version of Youtube, at the time of Youtube's growth in the country)

Designed and led the production of a microservices-powered digital marketplace platform connecting local communities and merchants with integrated CRM, payments, logistics, and store-front management tools.

Identity Tagging and Verification (KYC, CRM, Assets) Management System (2022)
Developed an identity tagging and verification platform integrating KYC, CRM, and digital asset management to streamline user authentication, compliance, and artifact tracking across secure digital ecosystems.

Content Streaming Platform (2022)
Designed and launched a content streaming platform delivering on-demand and live media experiences with studio-front management tools.

Bank Customer Management and Back-Office Tool Redesign (2020)
Developed a customer management and back-office platform for banking operations, enabling secure client profiling, transaction monitoring, and workflow automation across compliance, support, and account servicing teams.

B2C Investment Application and Fin-Ed App (2017)
Designed and developed a B2C investment and financial education app that empowers users to manage portfolios, learn investment strategies, and build financial literacy through interactive tools and realtime market insights.

Government Service Inventory and Management System (2017)
Built a government service inventory and management system to centralize service data, streamline inter-agency coordination, and improve public accessibility and operational transparency.
